All products are shipped within the European Union via DPD courier. These shipments are registered and insured against a default value (variable) and have a tracking number provided.

Shipments to countries outside the European Union are made via FedEx or the Polish Post (Poczta Polska).

Shipments sent via FedEx courier are the safest form of international shipping outside the European Union. They may be associated with customs declarations and the possibility of an import fee, which the buyer agrees when making the purchase.

International shipments outside the European Union may also be carried out via Poczta Polska, only at the risk of the buyer, and in case of a shipment lost, only the maximum value of the insurance is reimbursed (variable value, currently ca. 35 euro).

At the customer's request, it is possible to provide additional shipment insurance, if such a service is offered by the selected carrier.

The time of delivery declared by the carrier is variable and available on the websites of individual carriers.
